Unlikely: It's unlikely for the blood in your semen to be due to hematuria unless you also urinated blood just before ejaculation Usually blood in the semen comes from the epididymis/prostate/urethra and not the bladder although since urine and semen both pass through the urethra it is not impossible for a little blood from the bladder to find it's way in the semen. I would see your Dr for a urinalysis.
