Should go away soon: Vigorous sex is known to cause these symptoms. Give yourself a few days and a break to recover. If the tiny white bumps don't resolve, have additional larger bumps, white or pink or have pain during urination, you can get checked with your doctor for cervicitis or cystitis, which can be easily treated. Feel better, soon
