Sperm plus egg: If sperm is deposited in the vagina around the time of ovulation then pregnancy is possible. Vaginal intercourse is the most efficient way to do this. I assume that you are afraid you deposited sperm from your hands into her vagina. Washing the sperm off your hands before touching her genitals is a good idea and should prevent any transmission. The best thing to do is to start birth control.

Not all sperms: Sperms which manage to enter the cervical canal may not be accessible to soap and water in the vagina. If you are worried about getting pregnant, you need to take morning-after pill. Good luck.

A 20-year-old male asked:

Does hot sink water kill sperm on the hands when you wash them and can sperm transfer from the hands to other surfaces and cause pregnancy?

Hot water and soap would kill sperm on hands, and water itself may do the job if wiped well. But pregnancy would require the sperm to be deposited deep in the vagina, when the female was fertile. You have pregnancy anxieties, please get education on birth prevention techniques for male and female, so you can enjoy sexuality without this added stress. Good luck
