NuSwab: Green/Yellow discharge is not normal in pregnancy. White/Clear discharge is normal. I recommend NuSwab which is a DNA test (not a culture) for the 5 most common vaginal infections, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Bacterial Vaginosis, Trichomonas vaginalis and Candidiasis. Some of there infections can cause cervicitis, chorioamnionitis, and preterm labor with preterm delivery.
