Chlamydia treatment: Your treatment was atypical: the usual doxycycline (Vibramycin) regimen is 100 mg twice daily for a week. However, you took the same total dose over two weeks. It is 100% effective against chlamydia, so your current symptoms are something else. About 10% of nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) in men persists after doxy and additional treatment is needed, usually azithromycin. Return to Dr. or clinic.

Get tested again!: The CDC recommends only re-testing after treatment in a few cases, one of those is if the symptoms have returned. However, if the DNA probe to test is done, you should wait for 3 weeks-5 weeks after finishing the antibiotic, or it will not be accurate. Regardless, repeat test in 3 months. Get partner(s) treated. See http://www.cdc.gov/std/tg2015/chlamydia.htm No sex (even with protection), til -.

Provided original answer
you are done with antibiotics and symptom free, and partner has been treated and if not in a mutually monogamous relationship for a year (to be extra safe), wear protection.
