Very accurate: The oral fluids HIV antibody test is the only one that sometimes takes 3 months to be positive. (All blood tests these days are conclusive by 4-8 weeks, depending on the specific test.) However, at 10 weeks your result is well over 95% accurate, so it is extremely unlikely you have HIV.
