A member asked:

Doc, in ejaculating a thrice a week or thrice a day or thrice an hour, it does cannot affect the sperm cell count?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It does, but...: In healthy guys, the sperm count doesn't matter. If trying not to be a father, a lower sperm count may be safer, but it's not a big deal... because only one sperm is needed to make a baby. Likewise, if trying to have a baby, a higher sperm count seems better, but it's not a big deal... because only one sperm will fertilize the egg. It may become an issue if a married couple has trouble conceiving.
