A member asked:

I have a pimple inside my vagina and it is located near the edge of one of my vaginal lips. what is it and will it go away?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Clogged gland: The pimple at the entrance to your vagina/labia majora could be clogged sweat gland that may have gotten irritated from clothing, sexual intercourse or rubbing of that area. Another possibility is that it an infected hair follicle. A warm compress to that area three times a day followed by squeezing the pimple is OK, if more than 1 pimple, ulcers, drainage, bleeding or fever, make appt w/GYN.
