Nothing is 100%: Still possible to get pregnant using low dose BC pills. Do a second home pregnancy test and you may need a pelvic exam and blood pregnancy test from your GYN. I always suggest BC pills PLUS condoms, foam, spermicidal gel, sponge or vaginal suppositories: "protect yourself at all times".
