Burning penis: The most common problem these symptoms diagnose is either chlamydia or gonorrhea or both. It is rare for a man to get a urinary tract infection like women get. If there was any sexual activity in the recent past you need to be tested and/or treated for this possible std. Any good std clinic or men's health expert will know how to help you.
