Stress: It may be stress related, holding your breath too long,or tension. I would maybe do some breathing and relaxation techniques prior to sex. A warm shower may help relax you before. You should also get a yearly eye exam and exercise regularly 20 minutes 3 times per week. Has this occurred before during sex.
