Here are some...: It is an embryological remnant attached on the surface of testis usually next o the globus majora(head) of epididymis, appearing like a skin tag with its size about 1-3 mm, which gives no harm but may occasionally twist by itself to cause pain with peak age around 7-10. More? Ask Doc preferably a urologist.
