About a month ago my testis became smaller and now my testis became normal again but the semen is thin, should i be concerned?

Probably not: Testes don't change size as you report. Scrotum can change in size if u have a hydrocele. Semen gets thinner if you ejaculate frequently, thus is thinner if you masturbate a lot. Thus don't be concerned.
