Is fenugreek safe with birth control tri-previfem? what about pueraria mirifica?

In amounts found...: ...naturally in food, fenugreek is safe, but in amounts found in supplements, it may be unsafe whether you're on BCP's or not. I don't recommend it. Pueraria has phytoestrogens, plant chemical with estrogen-like effects. It might be helpful for women w/ estrogen deficiency. But for you, already on an estrogen-containing contraceptive, I don't recommend it. Hope this helps. Dr. Anne
