Prob. Hymen popping: Although you have had sex before, it is possible that you had maintained a relatively intact hymen, which is possible. This time looks like your hymen got ruptured which is expected and a normal thing under the circumstances. If you or your partner have additional symptoms, check with your respective doctors. And please use condoms if not wanting to get pregnant:)
