Beware of claims: The penis size is set by the size of the corpora. (inside the body) though the appearance of the flaccid penis can be surgically altered, it will not make the erect penis longer or better despite claims that are made.
Penile enlargement surgery, medications or devices are bogus and ae targeted towrads men who by and large have normal sized penes. Buyer beware!

No great solution: The is no surgical intervention to truely enhance or lengthen penis size. It is possible to release the pubic suspensory ligament to the penis giving the illusion of greater length. If an individual has a promenant supra pubic fat pad, weight loss will also give the appearance of increased penile length.

There is no good evidence in the medical literature to support surgeries aimed and making the penis bigger. The current stance of the American Urologic Assoc is that the potential risks outweigh the benefits. The results are generally minimal and unproven. Complications include infection, unstable penis, numbness, shortening due to scarring.

Peyronie's plaque: You may have peyronie's plaque which could have been as the result of previous penile trauma, sexiual or non-sexual or could have other less obvious reasons. In any case, you need to see a urologist and it may be corrected by topical medicine like verapamil gel or injections. Unfortunately, most oral medicines have had disappointing results. Surgery is the last resort.
