How is it possible having polycystic cysts,yet normal blood work including testost, shbg etc, no acne, slim, ...long but still ovulatory reg.cycles?

Syndrome: As the name indicates PCOS is a syndrome. You don't have to have all the signs and symptoms to have it. From your brief description you probably dont. You may have what we call polycystic appearing ovaries. If you were given the diagnosis find out what other criteria they used besides polycystic ovaries. There are patients that are thin and have PCOS. Often referred to as thin PCO.
