Not related: It is not related to masturbation. Hair loss can be from thyroid condition, vitamin deficiency or genetic cause. See doctor for thyroid and vitamin testing. Dark circles are usually from allergies or improper sleep. If you think it may be allergies try an antihistamine and see if this helps.
