I have pcos.i've had anal sex 5 weeks ago. my period is so late. 2 preg test says -'ve. i'm having so much cramping but no period. what should i do?

Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. This is not likely related to anal sex. your pregnancy test is negative indicating you are not pregnant.
