Unlikely: The "morning after pill", or levonorgestrel, is a progestin that alters transport of ova or sperm preventing ovulation or fertilization, and alters the endometrium (lining of uterus) possibly preventing implantation. Max effect if taken ASAP (w/in 72hr) after unprotected intercourse. So, pregnancy is unlikely, but a NEG pregnancy test will confirm. Talk with your doctor about birth control.
