Certainly possible : Yes, it is possible your cycle was disrupted by the pack of oral contraceptive. It should get back to oral after a month or so. Be sure to use contraception if you have sex and don't wish to get pregnant.

Not really: Be patient and just watch, if you don't have a period for 3 months then you need to get evaluated.
