i have woke up with a bruise on my penis after last night, do i need to worry and how long will it take to disappear?

Should resolve: This should resolve as a normal bruise does, however, if it does not--then get an exam.
Dr. Kathy Robinson
Family Medicine 32 years experience
If just a bruise: If it is just a bruise then it should resolve in 7-10 days. If it is not going away see a doctor for an exam. If you have fever or discharge from your penis see a doctor immediately.

I have never seen...: ...Any baby manage to give herself a huge bruise by the hickey method. I'd have a doctor take a look; exaggerated bruising can be a sign of abnormal blood clotting, such as itp.

See dermatologists: Many reasons why people have that. It maybe look like pimple and it's not. Penis would never develop "pimples". Herpes, genital warts, yeast infection, bacterial infection, lichen planus, psoriasis, etc. All could have the picture of "pimple".
