Not harmful: Semen is constantly being formed in your glands. Unless you let it out by means of frequent sexual activity or by masturbation, the glands can be filled and 'overflow' which is what you may be seeing with and in your urine.It is absolutely harmless, so do not worry about it. Now you have a solution to manage this issue.
