FEW STEPS: Day 11 to 17 is the best time ( in your cycle ). The sperm donor need to conserve sperm for that period . Both should be infection free. If you stay on your back during and few hrs after sex, that will help. If you achieve orgasm...chance of pregnancy improves. Avoid douching, tampon....which may change normal ph of vagina, causing premature death of sperm. Also discuss the plan with sperm donor

Know your cycle: The most important thing is understanding your menstrual cycle. Hopefully you have a regular, close to 28 day cycle...this is the easiest to predict. Most women ovulate 14 days after the first day of their bleeding menses. Have intercourse every other day between days 10 and 20; probably every day from days 12-16. You can learn about cevical mucus changes or use an ovulation predictor kit, too.
