Started a new contraceptive on the 1 of the month which was also the first day of my period. haven't stopped spotting yet. is it safe to continue?

Yes: Spotting isn't uncommon when you first start a new pill. Its best to keep taking it correctly. In time, your body will usually adjust and the spotting will stop. Sometimes it can take 3 months or so. Best wishes!
