I have a tingley feeling in my vagina like an orgasm. is it a uti? or am i pregnant?

GYN: The sensation may be from many causes: overstimulation, infection, irritation for starters. I suggest a full pelvic/GYN exam.

Uncertain symptoms: Orgasmic feeling in the vagina is far from typical for anything aside from orgasm due to how that sensation is produced. Pregnancy is best suspected after a missed period, not before, and UTI in your age group best suspected if urine burns or there is a foul smelling discolored vaginal discharge. So, an exam by a doctor for your symptoms would be the only way to know for certain what's going on.
