Alcohol: Unlikely. If located in the saliva, the concentration of the alcohol is not likely to be enough. Seems that the SCRAM monitoring system will react as alcohol levels rise enough in the body to start going through the skin. For the time spent during oral intimacy & the low concentration level, it is unlikely to set it off. Hope this helps & ask further questions if you have them.
