However, if you perform certain activities sequentially w/o cleaning up in between, then yes, it's bad, potentially increasing your risk for infection, especially if you move from anus to vagina. Don't forget that anus/rectum/bowel normally contains a lot of bacteria. As long as they stay in that area, you're fine.
