Prostadynia: you might have "prostadynia" which is a non bacterial inflammatory condition of prostate and seminal vesicals. Will have normal tests usually. Can try sitz baths , ibuprofen, and sometimes natural prostate remedies with saw palmetto . Also caffeine, spicy foods , and alcohol may increase these symptoms
