Must be examined: and cultured. Men can certainly get a "Ping-Pong" yeast infection from female sexual partners; however, the "cut" is concerning and must be observed.

Wound care: Gently cleanse the glans penis with baby shampoo and warm water. Rinse off all shampoo. Pat the area dry. Apply thin layer of aloe Vera and let it dry. Do this twice a day till healed.
