Yes. Have fun.: It seems like your risk of infection is quite small now that your bleeding has stopped and your risk of pregnancy is even smaller since your tubes have been occluded. You may find it useful to use a "lubricating" cream, gel or moisturizer at first, particularly if you are breastfeeding...otherwise do what makes you most comfortable and enjoy yourself.
