Can a big enough stool cause my anus to bleed when i pushed it out?!

Yes: either due to hemorrhoids from straining, or to anal fissures, from tearing. Try to soften your stools either with a change in diet (adding stone fruits or their juices), or adding medications such as PEG 3350 or Milk of Magnesia, (magnesium hydroxide) all under watchful eye of your physician.
