Herpes vaccine: Unfortunately no vaccine for herpes simplex available . But for herpes zoster there is a vaccine for older people it is to protect against shingles which is the same virus as the chicken pox.

No vaccine: At this time there isn't an available vaccination for the herpes virus. Even if there were, vaccinations protect you from acquiring a virus/illness - if you already have HSV a vaccination would not change that.
