Dermatitis: Soaps often cause irriation reactions in sensitive vaginal areas that can resolve in hours- few days.However they can also cause a contact dermatitis type reaction. These types of reactions can take a couple weeks to resolve. Depending on exact local of rash, your GYN may prescribe a low potency steroid cream to help resolve it faster.
