Probably not, but...: Taking an emergency contraceptive pill such as Plan B can alter the timing and the quality of the current menstrual cycle and the upcoming cycle. One should be sure to check a urine pregnancy 3 weeks after taking Plan B. Home urine pregnancy tests are cheap and sold in stores everywhere.
