Hi, i had experienced pain when urinating the morning after having genital to genital contact with a new sex partner. then i took an azo test and it was positive for leukocyte and negative for nitrate so i'm wondering if this could be an sti?

Yes: Or it could be a reflection of trauma to the urethra during sex, or a UTI.
