Pregnancy test: Get a pregnancy test as soon as you can. Also, consider getting tested for sexually transmitted diseases (unless, of course, the person you are having sex with is your husband or someone who you have been with exclusively for some time).

By now, if your Mirena IUD is indeed in place and working, it is most likely quite effective at preventing you from getting pregnant. You are using a very effective method and you are protected. Using a male or a female condom will only reduce you risks of acquiring a sexually transmitted infection (if you are not in a mutually monogamous sexual relationship) while providing you a somewhat greater degree of contraception.
