Just try to avoid: Further contact for at least the next 3 or 4 days. Remember the skin in this area is very sensitive/fragile and excessive or vigorous manipulation can create frictional irritation(like chafing). If you minimize further friction in this area by avoiding touching the area and minimizing wearing tight fitting clothing, this may be enough to allow your body to heal on its own.
