I think i chaffed my skin on my penis , there's a darker patch on it. how can i heal it ?

Chaffed penis skin: I would recommend a small amount of A and D ointment - available in the drugstore without a prescription. That will help heal it. You could also use a small amount of triple antibiotic ointment or vaseline. I would NOT use hydrocortisone cream. of course I would refrain from whatever activity caused the chaffing in the first place.
