Aka Sildenafil: Kamagra is the brand name for generic Sildenafil which is sold in the States as Viagra! Kamagra is available in Georgia (country, not state), Peru & Venezuela (http://www.drugs.com/international/kamagra.html). Sildenafil is a prescription medication proven to be effective for erectile dysfunction although it also has known side effects. See your family doc for evaluation before starting drug.
