Reduce stress, test: hi gloria461. If your dentist noticed worn teeth, you've been stressing during sleep for some time. Consider programs like Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction to reduce stress, and a bite block for short term. Pregnancy is a possibility, and DIY pregnancy tests are pretty reliable these days. Re: (vaginal?) discharge; clumps and a smell like bread with itch could be monelia. See your doctor!!
