Condoms not enough: Over the long run, condoms are about 90% effective in preventing pregnancy. Slippage, breakage, and other mistakes like you had are always a risk. If you want to reliably avoid pregnancy, you must get on the pill, other hormonal contraception, or an IUD. If you only use condoms you can expect to become pregnant one of these days. But also use condoms for STD prevention! And get HPV vaccine!
