Greenish stool: It is probably related to your diet. However, we are getting in the gastroenteritis season (predominantly in children) and the most common cause is Rota virus gastroenteritis. Rota virus stool tends to be greenish. If you have abdominal pain that persists and you develop diarrhea you may want to get evaluated for Rota virus
