Ejaculation: It is highly likely there is some sperm,as it is in real time release of sperm and not what was left from a previous ejaculate .

Potentially: Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile (however, don't know how promptly samples were examined).
