Sperm motility: yes you can....the sperm swim up through the uterus through the tubes to encounter the egg. By the time you stand up. There are thousands if not millions of sperm that have entered your uterus starting the journey. The question is are you ovulating at the time and does he have an adequate sperm count. Good lock.
