Terrible nausea will not go away started birth control a few days ago i think this may be the cause or post nasal? just got over sickness

Either: These are 2 very common causes of nausea. If related to the contraceptive, should improve with time. Let your physician know if it does not. If due to post nasal drip, a sinus irrigation (Neti-pot) will help to clear mucus before bed time, which will reduce swallowed mucus.
