Ask Dr, about meds: Both diabetes and hypertension can cause problems with erectile dysfunction. However, some of the medications used to treat hypertension can also contribute to ED. Ask you doctor if you are on any of these medications and if so if they can be changed. Control you sugars and BP as much as possible and if you still have a problem your doctor may advise you to try a medication such as viagra (sildenafil).
