Question?: I'm not sure what your question actually is? I can't think of a reason, other than kidney stone, why a 21-year-old be taking Flomax (tamsulosin). Retrograde ejaculation is a common side effect of alpha blocker drugs in general. It is completely reversible when one stops the medication.
