Only by prescription: Periods can be mail aged only by prescription medicine. If you are concerned about pregnancy there are morning after pills (plan B) that are available without prescription and are effective for up to five days after the sexual activity

Missed period?: So did you MISS a period or it's coming up? If you haven't actually missed since you had relations then, you may still be OK. If you've missed an expected period then, you need to get a pregnancy test done and see what that says. Even if the pregnancy test is negative it may mean that you've just had an anovulatory cycle....especially if you're prone to nervousness and anxiety.
