Probably not: It will probably get back on track if you have been using the birth control faithfully. Pregnancy would also be very unlikely, but get a test for reassurance.

Prob ok but test: Well, the likelihood of you getting pregnant is really low ( like less than half of 1%), as long as you have been taking birth control pills regularly for over a month. But, if you have not been taking bc pills, missing them, etc. Then, yes there is still some possibility. Keep taking your birth control pills. Do a first morning urine preg test( lots avail over the counter). See md if positive.
